June 14, 2017 - The AeroSpace and Defence Industries Association of Europe (ASD) is pleased to announce that DCNS, a major player in naval defence and marine renewable energies, has joined the association as a new member company.
DCNS is a world-wide leader in naval defence and a major player in marine renewable energies. As an international high-tech company, DCNS designs, builds and maintains submarines and surface vessels. The Group also proposes services for a naval shipyards and bases. In addition, the Group offers a wide range of sea-based renewable energy solutions. DCNS is sensitive to the challenges of corporate social responsibility and has signed the United Nations Global Compact. Now that DCNS has become a direct company member, holding a seat at the ASD Board, ASD’s membership is composed of 17 companies and 26 National Associations from 19 countries in Europe.
