ASD-EASE



ASD-EASE (European Aerospace Supplier Evaluation) exchanges information on Supplier Quality Management System audits according to the AS/EN/SJAC 9100 quality standard as performed by its member companies in Europe. This is done in order to prevent multiple auditing at suppliers by the aerospace industry. These audits are performed in accordance with ASD-EASE rules and policies, ensuring a harmonised approach by all industry auditors. ASD-EASE has been a major contributor to the development, implementation and management of the IAQG Other Party Scheme for Supplier Certification and the associated database OASIS (Online Aerospace Supplier Information System).

ASD-EASE manages the Other Party Scheme in Europe by co-ordinating all approval activities of the National Aerospace Industry Associations on certification bodies and auditors, and by performing periodic oversight on these activities.

In addition, ASD EASE has promoted the adoption of the latest standards for supplier risk evaluation (IAQG - AS/EN/SJAC 9134) between its 51 company members.
