Operations

The strategy to work towards internationally recognised structures, standards and solutions was maintained with appropriate changes being made to its reporting committees to reflect the dynamic environment and framework that the aerospace business operates within.

The ASD Operations Commission undertakes and coordinates any promotional action and/or services deemed necessary to enhance the position of the European aerospace and defence industries

It also focuses on a better integration of all European industries services

The following working bodies will report to the Operations Commission :

  • Airworthiness Committee

  • Quality (EAQG)

  • Standardisation Committee

  • Customer and Product Support Committee

  • Maintenance Committee

The Chairman of the Commission is Mr Cristobal Casado, Head of Development, EADS CASA and the vice chairman is Mr Raymond Kazmierczak, Head of Quality and Training of Shannon Aerospace
