A Safety Manager survey originally launched by the ICAO Safety Management Panel in late 2024 and relaunched to ensure full characterisation of the challenges and opportunities industry is facing at implementing the SMS requirements, particularly in states that have more closely mirrored the Annex 19 requirements when developing their national regulations for SMS.
