EU-Ukraine Partnerships: Powering Resilience & Defence - Matchmaking

On behalf of the European Commission – Department for Defence Industry and Space (DG DEFIS) and Department for Enlargement and Eastern Neighbourhood (DG ENEST) – we are pleased to invite you to a closed-door matchmaking session, "EU-Ukraine Partnerships: Powering Resilience & Defence", to be held on 13 November 2025 at 15.00 at the ReBuild Ukraine Exhibition Centre in Warsaw.
This session will bring together EU and Ukrainian companies in the field of strategic industries and dual-use technologies, alongside representatives of key financial institutions (EU’s implementing partners under the Ukraine Facility, Pillar II).
Specifically, the session will feature:
- Brief framing by the European Commission and the Government of Ukraine.
- Presentation of relevant investment tools by public financial institutions under the Ukraine Facility, Pillar II.
- Targeted pitching of EU and Ukrainian investment projects to public financial institutions, followed by Business-to-Financial Institutions meetings.
- B2B meetings between EU and Ukrainian companies.
The matchmaking session is part of the EU-Ukraine Investment Conference, which will also include a panel discussion on investments in the dual-use industries. Dual-use and defence companies attending the matchmaking session may benefit from free access to the ReBuild Ukraine Expo.

EU-Ukraine Business Matchmaking
The Rebuild Ukraine Matchmaking Platform has been created with the support of Enterprise Europe Network in collaboration with clusters from Ukraine and the EU, with backing from the European Commission. It aims to facilitate direct B2B meetings for EU and Ukrainian participants of the Rebuild Ukraine exhibition, which will take place on November 13-14, 2025 in Warsaw.
