EUDIS Business Accelerator and Matchmaking

The European Commission has launched two exciting initiatives to support European start-ups, scale-ups, SMEs, and small mid-caps: the European Defence Innovation Scheme (EUDIS) Business Accelerator and Matchmaking. Starburst is leading the consortium of this initiative alongside Civitta, WSL, le support des techno-entrepreneurs en Wallonie and VTT.

EUDIS Business Accelerator

The EUDIS Business Accelerator will offer a tailored 8-month programme with six bootcamps focusing on different defence ecosystems. Participants will gain insights into defence end-users' needs, refine their business strategies, and network with industry leaders. Selected companies will also receive a €65,000 seed funding voucher.

EUDIS Matchmaking

Meanwhile, EUDIS Matchmaking will connect start-ups, SMEs, mid-sized companies, investors, and defence end-users to foster collaboration and innovation in defence. The programme includes four on-site (Latitude59, Paris Air Show & Slush, the last will be announced shortly) and three online events with tailored matchmaking services.
