Together with 35 other organisations, ASD has co‑signed an industry letter outlining concerns and recommendations on Substances of Concern (SoC) provisions, particularly under the Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation (ESPR) and the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), as well as related legislation.
