The standard can be requested free of charge through the ASD website. Be cautious with unofficial copies found online. It is only a PDF version at the moment. Download the latest issue of STE for free.

How often is STE updated?

Who maintains and updates STE?

Can I propose changes to STE?

Yes. Users can submit formal change requests to STEMG for consideration in future updates. 

Can I join and help develop STE?

Yes. Professionals with expertise in a controlled language (not only, but preferably) can apply to join STEMG. Your company should be a direct ASD member or a member of national association. 

How does STE help with translation?
