Venue criteria

A successful proposal must ensure that the venue meets the following requirements:

Conference venue

• Plenary room with a minimum capacity of 300 participants.
• Two breakout rooms each accommodating 100 participants.
• Coffee break & exhibition area for 300 attendees.
• Lunch space for 250 participants.
• Networking breakfast space for 150 participants.

Hotel accommodation

• At least 150 rooms (4-star category).
• Additional nearby hotels with a minimum of 50 rooms each (4-star category).
• Proximity to public transportation and ideally in the city centre.
• Ability to support hybrid event formats.

When selecting a venue, please ensure a degree of flexibility in capacity to accommodate a potential moderate increase in participant numbers.
